Our Observation Sessions
Our Observing sessions are normally held on Westleton Common Suffolk. ( see Map )
As you travel through the village you turn up Mill Street, and as you leave the houses, take the dirt track on the right onto the car park. then take the footpath through the gap in the hedge onto the common where we will be on the hard standing ( 50 m from the car park )
In the event where it is doubtful, but not certain of bad seeing conditions, we will look at the conditions on the common and make a final decision, whether or not, to transfer to the Crown, or alternatively, the White Horse Westleton.
Bad weather contingencies as normal.
Our normal meeting night is a Saturday night at the Westleton Village Hall.
(see Map )
The night of the month changes, as we try to coincides with the Full Moon when observing is not so good.
